I was trying to purchase the chair at the Cumming store . They didn’t have it, so Melanie went out of her way to perform excellent customer service skills and call the Beaufort store and said I was on my way. Melanie told me to ask for Sarah. Got to the Beaufort store and Sarah had just left for lunch. I believe Jay Assisted me with the purchase and mentioned he was going to give it to Sarah.

The service was fantastic. My salesperson Lori and the interior home consultant, Melissa made the process very easy along with the good selection of products. The sales went great but the workmanship of my product is questionable. Not happy.

Melisa at La-Z-Boy furniture on Buford Highway provided really good customer service. She was very knowledgeable about all of the chairs and the products in the pricing without being pushy. As a result, we bought two chairs at a great price in your president sale.

Our salesperson was wonderful. I wish I could temem her name. Purchased in Dacula GA. It stayed in the warehouse for a month until i could have it sent home to NC. We have 3 inbour home.,Also couch and chair from Lazy Boy. Have been dealing with LB since 1974. Ehen I had one I took home to my mother in Ft. Lauderdale. Carol

Excellent experience at the Mall of GA Las-Z-Boy showroom. Hadlie was very helpful with selection of a reclining sofa and upholstery to complement our existing pieces. She provided the information we needed without any pressure. It was a very positive buying experience. We look forward to the arrival of our new piece.

I visited the La-Z-Boy store at Mall of Georgia to shop for a couple replacement rocking recliners. Melissa approached and directed me to the area where I'd find what I was looking for and left me to try out several styles I liked. Had no problem finding several chairs! I purchased a floor model and ordered another style in a fabric that really works with my decor. I was able to fit the chair from the floor in my car so I'm enjoying it already. Melissa was great at providing me with the assistance needed for me to make the right decision for me! Great experience!

There was an issue with the first sofa I bought at the Buford LB. However, the manager, Melissa, took exceptional care of me. Similar kudos to Laurie in Customer Care. Both these ladies made things right and I'm very happy with the replacement sofa and exceptional customer service I received from them.

We have our new recliners. Our agent recommended that we have them upholstered in the same fabric since we’d selected different styles, thus each getting what wanted that fit us best. Best decision.
